The divorce process means money gets tight, and stay-at-home parents (usually Mom) needs to update her employment skills.   Going through this is tough, but here can be some help.  This past week I toured the local Women’s Resource Center. Their services are free. They offer a myriad of help to the woman returning to the work force. There is a computer lab with classes, there are mentors available, there is a closet of clothing in case you need a professional outfit for an interview. Give them a call, and if you have time they are a worthy charity. They are at 678 Front Street NW., Grand Rapids, and phone them at 616 458 5443.
